"I have an eight year old Belgian Mare (Koras) that used to have a lot of get-up-and-go, but for over a year now, has really slowed down. In May 2008, Koras had an abscess that took forever to heal, and I think she was using different parts of her body to compensate for it, because that is when I really noticed a change in her. When we would ride she’d move off, but not with the usual speed we had in the past. I knew something was still wrong. Xrays showed nothing out of the ordinary. A friend had mentioned receiving a business card of a person who does Equine Massage, so I thought I’d give a try. I am so glad I did. Julie Massing drove up from Harrisburg, within 3 days of me calling her, to see if she could help. Immediately after the massage, I could see a change in her. Due to a leg injury, I was unable to ride, but just lunging her, I could see my spunky mare again. Three weeks later, I finally got the ok from the vet to start riding again, and I HAVE MY HORSE BACK. She has so much energy and spirit again.
